An idea I've been thinking about for awhile, that I have finally tried out:

I love the vaporwave aesthetic. I wanted to create something similar with medieval art (instead of the Renaissance art of vaporwave). I didn't want to invert the vaporwave pastels per se, but I wanted something more autumnal, using the vivid, lurid colors of marginalia.
